Do your prices include VAT?
•    All prices on our website exclude 20% VAT, which is added at checkout for UK customers.  

Can anyone order from your website?
•    Anyone can buy from our website within the UK, from individuals to multinational companies.

What payment methods do you accept?
•    Secure Online Checkout: Visa Debit Card, Visa Credit Card, MasterCard, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

      All transactions must be in GBP.

What are your Delivery Costs?
Equipment orders over £750.00 ex vat are carriage paid to UK mainland. Consumable and accessory orders over £75.00 are carriage paid to UK mainland.

•    Parcel Force £14.50
•    Pallet Deliveries POA

Do I receive an order confirmation after placing an order?
•    Yes, an order confirmation email is sent to you as soon as the order is placed.

Can I track my order?
•    Please contact us via phone or e-mail for any updates on deliveries

Do I receive a VAT invoice with my order?
•    Yes, a copy of your VAT invoice will be emailed to you before the order is dispatched.
